Finding the site first allows you to utilise its features to design your a house so it looks well in its surrounds. When choosing a site you have to be aware of the aspect and orientation, the access, the slope, neighbouring buildings and planning issues in the area because all of these will impact on your plans. 2. Have your house plans.
Some people have been planning their ideal house all of their lives, whilst others have perfected their ideal home through years of experience and are now in a position to build it. They know what they want but they just cannot locate the perfect site at the right price. We will search all listings, contact all estate agents & sources in your desired areas to locate the hallowed piece of ground!
