Our Fees
If you wish to engage Buyers Broker Ltd. to secure a property generally, you have a number of options as follows:
Consultation only basis
€125.00 plus vat per hour face to face advice-only service
Negotiation only service
Our negotiation only service is billed on the basis of an initial consultation and then a success fee of 0.5%, is payable if and when agreed target savings are achieved for buyers. These target savings must be agreed between the buyer and Buyers Broker Ltd in advance of any negotiations. There is an initial retainer payable at the time of engagement of €500.00 plus vat and this is deducted from the final invoice.
Auction Attendance & Bidding services
€499.00 plus vat payable in advance of the auction date. We attend the auction on the day and bid on behalf of the buyer, strictly subject to instructions. There is a further success fee of €500 plus vat if and when property is secured.
Complete auction services
€1,500 plus vat for research, due diligence, engineer/surveyors report and attendance to bid with a success fee of €500 plus vat if and when property is secured.
Sourcing and Negotiation arrangement
This is the standard contract with buyers, where we enter a 6 month contract to source, negotiate and acquire property on a commission basis of 2% (1.5% for first-time buyers), payable if and when the ideal home is successfully secured. There is an initial retainer payable at the time of engagement of €500.00 plus vat and this is deducted from the final invoice. This service incorporates all advices and auction work in the course of a property search.
Please note that Buyers Broker does not charge any additional outlays or travel expenses. There are no hidden fees or charges. The maximum you will pay is the commission agreed in advance and that is payable upon performance.
