Irish Association of Property Buyers (IAPB)
Buyers Broker Ltd. is a proud to be a founding member of the Irish Association of Property Buyers.
Established in 2010, the IAPB evolved from the property buyers representative industry as the only self-regulating, voluntary accreditation body for property buyers brokers and agents operating within the Republic of Ireland.
Its remit is to develop and continuously improve the standards of good practice and to accredit buyers’ brokers who meet these standards. Our vision is for accreditation of the industry to ensure that the interests of buyers are protected and represented at every level.
Buyers brokers are by their very nature, professional service providers. We do not sell property, nor do we act as agent for sale. Our position is firmly on the side of the property buyer exclusively.
