We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Financial Director
Based in Dublin, the successful applicant will have experience in the following areas:
- Financial Accounting
- Forecasting
- Specific project work
- Support the objectives of the company
- Management Reporting
- Analysis
- Day to day finance functions
- Managing Cash flow
- Payroll, VAT, Cashbook
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Buyers Agents
We are looking for a property sales professional, with a professional qualification and/or strong sales experience to deal with residential purchases in the following areas:
- Wicklow, Kildare, Meath & Louth
- Cork City and County
Full training will be provided through a scheduled programme.
Salary: Initial three month trial on a commission only basis, successful applicant will then receive basic salary and strong commission package.
Potential Franchisees
In response to the market, a further five Buyers Broker franchises will be available from 2012, taking in the Dublin, Waterford, Galway and Cork regions.
This expansion is due to increasing demand from buyers for accurate, up-to-date local market information and expertise. We are seeking qualified and experienced property professionals who are looking to make a sideward move into full time, exclusive buyer representation.
